About
Rachel Posner is a research associate in the CSIS Global Strategy Institute, where she works on issues related to long-range global trends. She is also expanding the Executive Education Initiative in an effort to bring the people and ideas of CSIS to academic, business, and membership groups, trade associations, foreign governments, and the U.S. government. Prior to joining CSIS in January 2006, Rachel served as an intern at the United States Mission to the United Nations and as a fellow with the Aspen Strategy Group. She earned her B.A. in communication studies with a minor in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and her M. Phil. in modern society and global transformations from the University of Cambridge, in the UK.
